Dipsacus fullonum Linnaeus. Wild Teasel, Common Teasel. Phen: Jul-Sep; Sep-Oct. Hab: Roadsides, pastures, disturbed areas. Dist: Native of Europe. Recently discovered for GA in Floyd County (T. Govus, pers. comm. 2009).
