ID notes:The mostly ovate, glabrous leaves, 20 stamens, purplish anthers and lightly villous inflorescences are distinctive traits.

Origin/Endemic status: Native

Taxonomy Comments: This entity is assumed to be a hybrid derivative from members of the Tenuifoliae and Coccineae series.
