Tetramicra elegans (W. Hamilton) Cogniaux. Serpentine Wallflower Orchid. Phen: May-Jun. Hab: On Ceratiola ericoides in Florida scrub. Dist: S. FL (Martin County), Bahamas, West Indies (Greater and Lesser Antilles). There is controversy over whether this species is or was in Florida, and if so whether it is native or not; Luer reported it from Martin County, FL.

Origin/Endemic status: Native

Synonymy: = WI, McCartney (1997); = n/a – FNA26; < Tetramicra canaliculata – K3, K4, Luer (1975)
