Chenopodium album Linnaeus var. album . Lamb's-quarters, Pigweed. Phen: Jun-Nov. Hab: Disturbed soils, gardens. Dist: Nearly cosmopolitan.

Origin/Endemic status: Native

Taxonomy Comments: Even with the 'missouriense' entity removed from (treated separately from) Chenopodium album var. album, that taxon likely includes both native and alien races and is now distributed nearly worldwide.
