Iris versicolor Linnaeus. clade: Limniris. Northern Blue Flag, Larger Blue Flag, Poison Flag. Phen: May-Jul. Hab: Calcareous fens and marshes, mafic fens, tidal marshes and swamps, interdune ponds, shores. Dist: Reported as occurring as far south as VA in C, F, and W.
