ID notes:The narrowly ovate or rhombic leaves, subglobose red fruit and whitish anthers are marginally distinctive.

Taxonomy Comments: Due to a limited range and intermediate morphology, this taxon is assumed to be of interserial hybrid origin involving some form of C. pruinosa and C. populnea.
