Eupatorium mikanioides Chapman. Semaphore Thoroughwort. Phen: Jul-Sep. Hab: Saline and brackish flats, seasonally ponded freshwater wetlands, wet flatwoods, marl prairies. Dist: Endemic to FL, primarily in the peninsula, but also along the coast of the eastern Panhandle (Bay, Franklin, Gulf, Taylor, and Wakulla counties).
