NM south into Mexico (CHP, COA, NLE, OAX, ROO, SLP, TAB, TAM), Central America, and South America; West Indies (Bahamas, Cuba, Hispaniola, Jamaica); Old World tropics, subtropics, and temperate areas (Eurasia and Africa).
