Carex crebriflora Wiegand. Common name: Coastal Plain Sedge. Phenology: Apr-Jun. Habitat: Bottomland and other nutrient-rich forests. Distribution: VA, KY, and AR south to n. peninsular FL and Panhandle FL and TX.
