Carex crinita Lamarck var. crinita. Section: [26r] Section 13 Phacocystis. Common name: Long-fringed Sedge. Phenology: Jun-Aug. Habitat: Swamps, wet forests, bogs, and a wide range of other wetlands. Distribution: NL (Newfoundland) west to MN and AB, south to GA, TN, and s. MO.
