Carex silicea Olney. Section: [26q] Section 12 Ovales. Common name: Seabeach Sedge. Phenology: May-Jul. Habitat: Interdune swales, beaches, maritime woodlands. Distribution: NL (Newfoundland) south to VA, along the coast.
