Distribution: Newfoundland and Labrador (Newfoundland) and Newfoundland and Labrador (Labrador) west to Alaska, south to n. New Jersey, e. West Virginia (Monongalia, Pocahontas, Randolph, and Tucker counties), Kentucky, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, New Mexico, Arizona, California, and Mexico (Baja California, Durango, Oaxaca, Sinaloa).
