Eragrostis oxylepis (Torrey) Torrey. Red Lovegrass. Phen: May-Dec. Hab: Sandy roadsides, coastal dunes, and disturbed areas. Dist: NE and CO south to FL, TX, NM, and Mexico. Scattered eastwards and of uncertain nativity. First reported for SC by Nelson & Kelly (1997).
