Distribution: Newfoundland and Labrador (Newfoundland) west to Alaska, south to s. Pennsylvania (Rhoads & Klein 1993; Rhoads & Block 2007), Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland (Whittemore in FNA 1997), West Virginia, Ohio, n. Indiana, n. Illinois, Minnesota, and Arizona.
