not marked as a favorite taxon Vitis riparia Michaux. Common name: Riverbank Grape. Phenology: Apr-Jun; Aug-Sep. Habitat: Forests and woodlands, mostly moist to wet. Distribution: NB west to se. SK, south to VA, NC, c. and w. TN, n. MS, LA, and e. TX, and in the Pacific Northwest.
