*Lablab purpureus (Linnaeus) Sweet. Common name: Hyacinth-bean, Bonavist. Phenology: Aug-Oct. Habitat: Disturbed areas. Distribution: Native of Africa. Cultivated and rarely may escape or persist as a waif in disturbed areas; it is reported from se. PA (Rhoads & Klein 1993) and other scattered localities in our region.
