Lupinus cumulicola Small. Phenology: Mar-May. Habitat: Longleaf pine sandhills and Florida scrub, old fields, roadsides, pastures, and scraped areas, as long as the disturbance is not too frequent. Distribution: Endemic to the central ridge of peninsular FL.

Taxonomy Comments: The species rank of this taxon is strongly corroborated by Atchison et al. (2014).

Synonymy : = K4, S, Bridges & Orzell (2024a), Bridges et al. () (in prep); < Lupinus diffusus Nutt. — Fl3, FNA11.1, SE3, WH3, Isely (1998). Basionym: Lupinus cumulicola Small 1933
