Strophostyles leiosperma (Torrey & A. Gray) Piper. Small-flowered Sand Bean, Slickseed Fuzzy Bean. Phen: Jun-Sep; Aug-Oct. Hab: Prairies, glades, barrens, sand bars, disturbed areas. Dist: IN, WI, MN, and ND, south to FL Panhandle, AL, MS, LA, TX, NM, and AZ; also scattered eastward presumably as introductions.
