Crataegus harbisonii Beadle. Common name: Harbison’s Hawthorn. Phenology: Late Apr-May; Sep-Oct. Habitat: Hardwood forest understories, loess hills, calcareous woodlands. Distribution: Endemic to c. and w. TN and currently known to be extant only in Davidson and Obion Counties, TN.

Other Comments: The related species C. ashei has a more southern distribution in AL, MS, and LA.
