*Acalypha wilkesiana Müller of Aargau. Common name: Painted Copperleaf, Beefsteak-plant, Match-me-if-you-can, Wilkes’s Copperleaf. Phenology: Jun-Aug. Habitat: Disturbed uplands. Distribution: Cultivar presumably originating in the Pacific Islands (Bismarck Archipelago).
