Euphorbia vermiculata Rafinesque. Subgenus: Chamaesyce. Section: Anisophyllum. Common name: Hairy Spurge, Wormseed Spurge. Phenology: Jul-Sep. Habitat: Disturbed areas. Distribution: Widespread and common in PA (Rhoads & Klein 1993; Rhoads & Block 2007). Mexico (DGO, GTO, JAL, MIC).

Origin/Endemic status: Native

Other Comments: This species has an interesting disjunction between the ne. US, c. Mexico, and the sw. US. In our flora, it only occurs in the ne. US.
