*Eragrostis scaligera Salzman ex Steudel. Common name: Tender Lovegrass. Phenology: Apr.-Dec. (-Jan.) Habitat: Coastal scrubs, vacant lots, other disturbed areas. Distribution: Native of Brazil. Primariliy occurring in s. FL in our area; the collection from Camden County, GA (Carter 12804) needs confirmation.

Origin/Endemic status: South America

Synonymy : = FlGr, FNA25, K4, WH3. Basionym: Eragrostis scaligera Salzman ex Steud. 1855 [1854]
