*Cyperus sphacelatus Rottbøll. Phenology: Jun-Aug. Habitat: Lawns, disturbed moist areas. Distribution: Native of the New World and Old World tropics, likely introduced to FL from the West Indies (Carter et al. 1996).
Origin/Endemic status: Pantropics
