Kosteletzkya smilacifolia (Chapman) Chapman. Common name: Florida Seashore-mallow. Phenology: Jun. Habitat: Freshwater marshes. Distribution: Endemic in peninsular FL.

Taxonomy Comments: K. smilacifolia, of peninsular FL, appears to warrant specific status, as treated by Small (1933).
