Salix floridana Chapman. Florida Willow. Phen: Mar-Apr. Hab: Sphagnous seepages and along spring runs. Dist: C. GA and s. AL (north to Butler County) (Diamond 2013) south to c. peninsular and Panhandle FL.

Origin/Endemic status: Endemic

Synonymy: = Fl2, FNA7, GW2, K1, K3, K4, WH3, Argus (1986); = Salix chapmanii Small; = Salix longipes Shuttlew. ex Andersson – S; > Salix astatulana Murrill & E.J.Palmer
