Oenothera macrocarpa Nuttall ssp. macrocarpa . Common name: Missouri Evening-primrose, Wingfruit Evening-primrose, Glade-lily, Missouri-primrose. Phenology: May-Aug. Habitat: Glades on calcareous substrates, blackland prairies. Distribution: IL west to WY, south to n. AR and c. TX; disjunct in c. TN.
