Descurainia pinnata (Walter) Britton var. brachycarpa (Richardson) Fernald. Common name: Northeastern Tansy-mustard. Phenology: Apr-Aug. Habitat: Dry rocky openings and woodlands. Distribution: QC west to NT, south to VA, TN, and TX; introduced in the Coastal Plain of NC.
