Turritis glabra Linnaeus. Tower Mustard, Towercress. Phen: May-Jun; Jul-Aug. Hab: Prairies, calcareous forests and woodlands, open disturbed areas, forest edges. Dist: Circumboreal, south in North America to NC, sc. TN (Chester, Wofford, &Kral 1997), AR, KS, NM, and CA.

Origin/Endemic status: Native

Other Comments: Possibly only an introduction in parts of our area.
