2024 has been a banner year for making the best flora we can imagine. We've created:

Polygonella americana (Fischer & C.A. Meyer) Small. Southern Jointweed. Phen: Jun-Oct; Aug-Nov. Hab: Longleaf pine sandhills, other dry woodlands, glades, and barrens with sandy or rocky soil. Dist: Sc. NC south to c. TX, north in the interior to ec. TN, se. MO, and AR; disjunct in Panhandle TX and NM.

Origin/Endemic status: Native
