Isoetes chapmanii (Engelmann) Small. Common name: Chapman’s Florida Quillwort. Habitat: Springs, stream bottoms, river bottoms, ditches. Distribution: FL Panhandle.

Taxonomy Comments: This taxon should be recognized at species rank based on the polyphyly of Isoetes flaccida s.l. (Schafran et al. 2018).
Other Comments: A diploid species (2n=22).
