Stellaria longifolia Muhlenberg. Common name: Longleaf Stitchwort. Phenology: May-Sep. Habitat: Meadows, floodplain forests, freshwater tidal marshes, moist disturbed areas. Distribution: Apparently circumboreal, in North America ranging south to e. SC, w. VA, e. TN, MO, KS, AZ, and CA.
