*Galium arvense (Linnaeus) F. Hermann. Common name: Blue Woodruff, Field Madder. Phenology: Mar-May. Habitat: Disturbed areas. Distribution: Native of Europe. South to WV, MD, DE (USDA NRCS 2007), and se. PA (Rhoads & Klein 1993).
