Trillium oostingii Gaddy. Subgenus: Sessilia. Wateree River Trillium. Hab: Rich bottomland forests. Dist: So far as is known, endemic to Kershaw and Richland counties, SC, along the Wateree River.

ID notes:Somewhat similar to T. lancifolium and T. recurvatum. With clawed, bicolored petals (the claw maroon and the blade green) and green sepals reflexed somewhat (in the same plane as the drooping leaves).
