*Bacopa repens (Swartz) Wettstein. Common name: South American Water-hyssop. Phenology: Jul-Sep. Habitat: Freshwater pools. Distribution: Presumably native of the New World tropics. Attributed to se. VA by Pennell (1935); no documentation is known.
