Callitriche peploides Nuttall. Phenology: (Jan-) Feb-Apr (-Jun). Habitat: Low fields, ditches. Distribution: SC south to s. FL, west to TX; disjunct inland in AR (the report for Polk Co., TN erroneous); e. Mexico south to Costa Rica.
