Sophronanthe hispida Bentham. Common name: Pineland Hedge-hyssop. Phenology: May-Oct. Habitat: Dry-mesic pine savannas, scrubby pine savannas, longleaf pine sandhills, Florida scrub, grasslands, dunes. Distribution: E. GA (within a few counties of SC) south to s. FL, and west to MS.
