Eupatorium godfreyanum Cronquist. Common name: Godfrey's Eupatorium. Phenology: Jul-Sep; Aug-Oct. Habitat: Dry woodlands. Distribution: NJ, MD, and WV south through VA to nc. NC and TN, reaching its greatest abundance in wc. VA.

Taxonomy Comments: See Cronquist (1985) for additional information and illustrations. Siripun & Schilling (2006) confirmed that this species is an apomictic derivative of the hybrid E. rotundifolium × sessilifolium.
