Silphium compositum Michaux var. venosum (Small) Kartesz & Gandhi. Common name: Georgia Rosinweed. Phenology: May-Sep. Habitat: Longleaf pine sandhills, other xeric woodlands. Distribution: Se. NC south to se. GA and FL Panhandle.
