Silphium mohrii Small. Common name: Shaggy Rosinweed. Phenology: Aug-Sep. Habitat: Prairies. Distribution: Endemic to c., sc., and se. TN (Chester, Wofford, & Kral 1997) south to nw. GA (Jones & Coile 1988) and nc. AL.
