Solidago delicatula Small. Subgenus: Pleiactila. Section: Venosae. Subsection: Ulmifoliae. Common name: Smooth Elmleaf Goldenrod. Phenology: (Jul-) Aug-Oct (-Jan). Habitat: Bottomlands, woodland openings. Distribution: Se. KS, OK, and AR south to TX and w. LA; disjunct eastward in AL and Panhandle FL.

Origin/Endemic status: Native

Taxonomy Comments: The recognition of Solidago delicatula was supported by Beck et al. (2021) using morphological and molecular evidence.
