Habitat: Bottomlands, woodland openings. Distribution: Se. KS, OK, and AR south to TX and w. LA; disjunct eastward in AL and Panhandle FL.

Taxonomy Comments: The recognition of Solidago delicatula was supported by Beck et al. (2021) using morphological and molecular evidence.
