not marked as a favorite taxon Solidago shortii Torrey & A. Gray. Common name: Kentucky Goldenrod, Short's Goldenrod. Phenology: Aug-Oct. Habitat: Rocky slopes. Distribution: Endemic to nc. KY (Fleming, Jefferson, Nicholas, Robertson counties) and s. IN (Harrison County).
