Distribution: Newfoundland and Labrador (Newfoundland) west to Alaska, south to n. New Jersey, ne. Pennsylvania, nw. Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Colorado, Idaho, and Washington. Reported for West Virginia (Barbour, Fayette, Nicholas, and Randolph counties), Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
