Schoenolirion Torrey ex Durand. Common name: Sunnybell.

Key to Schoenolirion

A genus of 3 species, herbs, of s. North America. The affinities of Schoenolirion are with the Agavaceae, rather than the Hyacinthaceae (Bogler & Simpson 1996; Speta 1998).

ID notes: Scapose perennial herbs with 2-7 glabrous leaves. The numerous flowers are arranged in racemes or spikes in shades of white, greenish white, or yellow.
