*Hibiscus bifurcatus Cavanilles. Common name: Rough Pink Hibiscus. Habitat: Habitat unknown in FL, probably cultivated only. Distribution: Native of West Indies, Central America, and South America.

Origin/Endemic status: Neotropics

Synonymy : = FNA6, K4, NS, POWO, not formally treated. Basionym: Hibiscus bifurcatus Cav. 1787
