Glossary (beta!)

Origin/Endemic status: Endemic

Taxonomy Comments: This is an assumed hybrid-derivative taxon originating from a form of C. crus-galli L. and C. collina Chapman. Similar is the MO entity C. ×verruculosa Sargent, but slightly differing morphology between these two taxa suggests different genotypes likely contributed among the same parental combination.

Synonymy : = FNA9; = Crataegus collina Chapm. var. collicola (Ashe) E.J.Palmer — F, G; < Crataegus punctata Jacq. — RAB. Basionym: Crataegus ×collicola Ashe 1900
