Crataegus ×incaedua Sargent. Uncut Hawthorn. Phen: Apr; Sep-Oct. Hab: Moist woodlands, streamsides, rocky basins, openings. Dist: IN, KY w. to MO, AR.

Origin/Endemic status: Endemic

Taxonomy Comments: Assumed to be of interserial hybrid origin involving C. collina Chapman as one parent, the other parent perhaps I (Ehrhart) Medikus as suggested by Palmer (1950), but flowering phenology is distant in these two species and the pyrenes of C. incaedua show no concavities typically expected as an inherited trait from C. calpodendron.

Synonymy: = F, FNA9, Lance (2014); = n/a – Il
