not marked as a favorite taxon *Alstroemeria pulchella Linnaeus f.. Common name: Peruvian-lily, Parrot-lily. Phenology: Apr-Jun. Habitat: Disturbed areas, roadsides and forest understories near plantings. Distribution: Native of Brazil. Naturalized in GA, FL, AL, MS, LA, and TX (Holmes in FNA 2002; Singhurst, Keith, & Holmes 2005).
