Liatris mucronata A.P. de Candolle. Common name: Narrowleaf Gayfeather. Phenology: (Jun-) Aug-Nov. Habitat: Calcareous glades, other dry open uplands. Distribution: MO and KS south through AR and OK to sw. LA and e. TX.
