Cyperus cephalanthus Torrey & Hooker. Common name: Buttonbush Flatsedge. Phenology: May-Aug. Habitat: Coastal prairies. Distribution: LA west to se. TX; South America (Brazil to n. Argentina).

Origin/Endemic status: Native
