Distribution: Circumboreal, south in North America to (reportedly) e. New Jersey (Monmouth County), s. New York, s. Michigan, s. Wisconsin. c. Minnesota, n. Montana, n. Idaho, and British Columbia. The New Jersey record is controversial.
